We use EMS and DHL as our primary carrier service.

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed and your payment is verified. The in-stock item will be shipped in 2 working days.

Please allow 7-9 days for delivery. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you ASAP, and you can choose other items or wait for handling it.

Please be advised NO next day delivery has been provided for now. And there is no alternative shipping method that can be chosen from.

We will always try to deliver your order as fast as possible, or on a specific date if required.

However, please be aware that this is never guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible if an order does not arrive on time. If you are not generally at home during the day please consider having your order sent to an alternative address such as a neighbor’s, or your place of work.

In the event of an item being returned to us as the result of the carrier being unable to deliver we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. You will be liable for any re-delivery costs due, if the mistake was caused by the wrong shipping address you filled in your order. If you decide to cancel your order, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund even if the item(s) qualified for free delivery.
